Processing times may be extended if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are any complications with your order.If your order contains a custom or pre-order item, we will dispatch your full order once the custom or pre-order item has arrived in our warehouse. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders for in-stock items and custom/pre-order items.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be sent in its original product packaging.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Earrings will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues.
- Custom items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded as these items are made to order and are final sale.
- If the item is returned because it is faulty, not as described, or damaged the shipping fees will be covered. However, if an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
- Milli London is not liable for the item if it gets lost on route back to us.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login in to our online Returns Center using your email address and order number.
- Choose the product you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Jewellery Care
What is the best way to care for my jewellery?
To preserve the longevity of your jewellery, please remove them while exercising, showering or swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Do not use harsh chemicals or oils as this may affect the finishing of your jewellery.
What do I do if my jewellery starts to change colour?
Each person produces natural body oils, these oils can make metals react differently. Gold plated jewellery will change colour naturally over time, depending on your body chemistry and normal wear. Unfortunately, this process is non-reversible.
Do I have a jewellery allergy?
If you are allergic or sensitive to metals, we would advice against buying brass or copper based jewellery. Instead, opt for our 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel jewellery.
We take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individual's allergies and sensitivities.

Who is responsible for duty and tax fees?
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any import charges incurred during delivery into your country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
I placed an order but I haven't received it yet?
If you are UK based and it's been over 10 working days since your order was shipped, or if you are based internationally and it's been over 25 days since you placed your order, please email us with your name and order number.

The shipping courier lost my parcel, can I get a replacement?
In the event that the courier misplaces or loses your parcel, we are happy to send a replacement, unless your order contained custom jewellery. For missing custom orders, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the shipping courier to determine if the product can be replaced.
I entered the wrong address at checkout, can I change it?
Yes! If you'd like to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order!
If you order has already been shipped, it is not possible for us to change the delivery address.
You might have the possibility to organise the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you, by utilising our delivery partners' web portal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
For custom items, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are allowed, as they are individually personalised!

Can I get my jewellery wet?
We do not recommend getting any type of jewellery wet with water, perfumes or lotions. Constant contact with liquids can reduce the longevity of the plating and accelerate tarnishing.
