Returns & Exchanges

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be sent in its original product packaging.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 
  • Earrings will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues. 
  • Custom items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded as these items are made to order and are final sale. 
  • If the item is returned because it is faulty, not as described, or damaged the shipping fees will be covered. However, if an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
  • Milli London is not liable for the item if it gets lost on route back to us. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login in to our online Returns Center using your email address and order number.
  2. Choose the product you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Once the the item has been received, our team will contact you via email once your return request has been approved. If the item fails approval, we cannot accept your return.
