custom pieces take 3–5 weeks before dispatch.
what shipping options do you offer?
we offer tracked uk delivery (24 & 48) and international shipping.
you’ll see all options at checkout.
do you offer free shipping?
yes — free uk shipping on orders over £100 and international shipping over £150.
will i be charged customs fees?
international orders may be subject to duties or taxes once they arrive.
these are set by your local customs authority and aren’t covered by us.
will i get tracking details?
yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details straight away.

can i wear my jewellery every day?
yes — our pieces are designed to be worn often, not saved for later.
can i shower or swim in my jewellery?
yes — it’s made for everyday life.
our pieces are water-resistant, so you don’t need to take them off to shower, swim, or get on with your day.
will my jewellery tarnish?
no — it’s made to last.
our jewellery is designed to keep its shine without fading or tarnishing, so you can wear it on repeat without worrying.
is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
our pieces are crafted with skin-friendly materials, so they’re suitable for most people — even for everyday wear
how should i store my jewellery?
store pieces separately to avoid scratches or tangling, ideally in their pouch or box.
returns & exchanges
can i return my order?
you can return eligible items within 14 days, as long as they’re unworn and in original packaging.
do you offer exchanges?
we don’t offer direct exchanges — but you can return your item and place a new order.
are custom pieces refundable?
as custom pieces are made specifically for you, they’re non-refundable.
can i return earrings?
for hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless faulty.
what if my item is faulty?
if something isn’t right, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and we’ll sort it.

can i change or cancel my order?
if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help — just email us as soon as possible.
i entered the wrong address — what should i do?
email us straight away and we’ll try to update it before your order is dispatched.

all orders are packaged in our signature milli london packaging — ready to gift.
